Refund Policy

Order Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be required to cover all costs asociated with returning the package. You can always contact us for any return question at support@takaibox.com

Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped we will gladly assist you in cancelling your order and refunding your money. Please note that refunds are processed at 95% of the original purchase price in order to cover associated costs from order fees and payment processing.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Package unable to be delivered
In some cases if your address is not entered correctly, or is incomplete, the postal service will return your package to us. We do not offer refunds in this situation. If this happens to your package, you will need to provide us with the correct address, or a new one, to resend your package to. Before we are able to reship your package you will need to pay a $8.00 reship fee. If this happens with your order please reach out to us at support@scythe-studios.com and we'll help you get it all sorted out.

Package delivered to wrong address
If your package is delivered to the wrong address because you entered your shipping information incorrectly at checkout, we will not offer a refund or a replacement. If your shipping information was entered correctly, and the postal service delivers your package to the wrong address causing you to not receive it, we may or may not be able to help you. If your order included our Insured Shipping, we will offer to either reship a replacement package for you, or refund your original order. If your order did not include our Insured Shipping, we will not be able to offer a replacement or offer a refund.

Stolen Package
If the postal service states in the order tracking that your package was delivered to the correct address, but you are not able to find your package we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
